All customers must return their order within 14 days of the delivery date.
We do not offer exchanges.If you decide it's not right in the first 14 days, you can return the item for a refund.
Your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your order must be unwashed, unworn and be in the original packaging with the label attached.
There will be a returns form in your order that you will need to fill out and send back to us. Our returns address is ODolls Collection Limited, 4 The Mews, Tanzaro House, Manchester, M12 6HS.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service as we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend orders right now due to the speed we send your items out. This is something we are looking into providing in the future, but for now, please return any items you no longer wish to keep and contact the carrier for any address amendments you would like to make.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email and/or text notification that your refund has been processed. Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It can take up to 14 working days to process your full refund depending on your bank.
Purchases made at Full Price, In sale, or with a discount code will be refunded, purchases made with a gift card will have their balance returned. We do not offer Exchanges.
If purchased using Klarna, once we have accepted your return, Klarna will refund your payment.
